You’ll be surrounded by technologists so you are as adept at being a strong contributing member of a technical team as you are coalescing a vision. You seek truth in data and are adept at writing complex SQL queries to unlock insights and opportunities. You can work with senior tech leaders to prescribe scrappy technical designs when we want to experiment quickly, but know what has to change for when we have to scale the successful ones for millions of customers. Above all, you relish collaborating with developers on a daily basis to make what they build even better.

Key Responsibilities:
Define the product vision, goals, and success metrics.
Take ideas through the green light process with team members up through C-level execs. Translate that vision into a logically sequenced and optimized product roadmap. Write complete and detail-oriented product requirements documents and ensuring clear communication of those requirements to the business, design, usability and development teams. Drive execution, staying ahead of dependencies, making smart tradeoffs, coordinating dependencies, and maintaining communication throughout the organization to guarantee a smooth and efficient product delivery. Balance business needs and technical constraints while maximizing business benefit and building great customer experiences. Audit launched products and iterate based on measurable results. Basic Qualifications
3+ years program or product management experience leading teams to launch at least 2 consumer-facing sites/apps. Computer Science, Engineering or Math/Stats undergraduate degree. SQL proficiency with large datasets. Experience with high transaction, secure, and scalable systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence both senior leadership and peers. Preferred Preference for working on agile enabled teams. Experience in in an industry where fun matters (e.g. fashion, entertainment, media, or games). Spearheaded a V1 product. Can't live without their mobile devices. An eye for style.
